How do myScanBandz work?

When someone scans the QR code on your child's wristband, they instantly see your contact information and can call you with one tap. No app required - works with any smartphone camera.

Do I need an app?

No! No apps and No subscriptions are needed! myScanBandz works with any phone's built-in camera. Just scan the QR code and tap to call.

What information is displayed when scanned?

The person who scans will see: your child's name, your name, your phone number, your email, and any medical information you choose to include (like allergies).

How quickly will I be contacted if my child is found?

Most reunions happen within 2-5 minutes. As soon as someone scans the code, they can immediately call you.

Is my information private?

Yes. Your contact information is ONLY visible when someone scans YOUR specific QR code. It's never shared, sold, or made public. Each band has a unique code.

Can I update my information?

Contact us at support@myscanbandz.com to update your contact information. We'll update it within 24 hours.

Are the wristbands waterproof?

Yes! The wristbands are 100% waterproof. Perfect for beaches, pools, water parks, and any weather.

What ages are the wristbands for?

Our adjustable wristbands fit children ages 2-12. We offer different sizes for toddlers and older kids.

How long do they last?

The wristbands are durable and designed to last through an entire vacation or season of activities. The QR code never expires.

What if the QR code gets damaged?

QR codes are very durable, but if damaged, contact us for a free replacement.

What if my child loses the wristband?

Each band is uniquely coded to your family. If lost, simply order a replacement and register it with your information.

Can multiple kids be attached to one band?

Each band should be registered to one specific child. We offer family packs so each child has their own band with their own information. You can also have a generic band that would cover the kids in your family.

Can grandparents or caregivers be listed?

Yes! You can list multiple phone numbers and contacts in your registration.

What if we're traveling and using a hotel number?

You can update your contact information anytime before your trip by contacting us. Add your hotel name and room number in the registration. For international travel you can always use an App like WhatsApp.

Do you offer bulk pricing for schools or groups?
